About the Studio

This little gem of a studio is nestled high atop a prewar building in the conveniently located Chelsea neighborhood of New York City and flooded with daylight almost year round (less so in winter). There's an abundance of unique props, surfaces and backdrops for you to use at one all-inclusive price. It's perfect for small product and still life shoots, food shoots, video and portrait shoots for a crew size of up to 4 people.

Studio includes: 

Props: handmade ceramics, ephemera and unusual vintage items, contemporary and vintage dishes, glassware, cutlery, linens.
Backdrops: various shades of painted and rustic wood, painted gator board, fabrics, set paper, color aid.
Supplies: steamer, iron and ironing board, food and prop styling kits, craft supplies.
Equipment: Backdrops stands and crossbar, continuous light with softbox, 1 additional light stand, ring light, reflector and diffusion.
Studio Specs: 15' x 20' of shooting space. South facing windows. Air conditioning. A fully functioning tiny kitchen for light prep and refrigerator to store food. A separate small room is available for storage and prep.
